MyPsalms 37-39 ~ Letters to God
MYPSALMS 37-39
I’m reading through the Psalms and I’m writing my own MyPsalms… They are a wonderful way to connect God and I in real conversation. I hope you are enjoying them. Maybe you will feel inspired to write your own Psalms!
My desire is to find this place of intimacy, this place of desire and knowing, this place of dependence on Him in all things. My days are so full that I just blow through them with working full-time and all the requirements of a family and then I wonder did I talk to God at all during the day?”
MyPsalms 37-39 are below and the links to the album that will contain all of them =)
I hope you enjoy them. To keep up with them each day please go and visit my Facebook page

Dear Lord,
I am so thankful for you. Because of you I know my life’s purpose and meaning.
Our lives are like a drop in a bucket they are so small and short in light of eternity but if our lives are like a drop then even a drop can cause a ripple. And a ripple in your own pond is far better than no ripple at all.
Lord let me hear your voice and know your direction so that I can cause every ripple that you intended me to.
Connect me with others that also have the same purpose and direction so that together we can make waves.
Your plans Lord are great and amazingly woven. Help me to stay in your plans for my life.
Amen
Read Psalm 38 in your own bible or here: Psalm 38
The truth is that you are in control, of even the fine balance of the world and yet at the same time you hold us in the palm of your hand.
Lord help me to be drawn to you and away from the pull of anxiety.
I relax into you right now Lord and I am so thankful that you are always here with me.
Day 39
Read Psalm 39 in your own bible or here: Psalm 39
Dear Lord,
You amaze me Lord… almost at every turn.
Just when I think I know how wonderful you are… and the bounds of your gifts and creativity… then again the bar is raised by your goodness, your complexity, your plan.
Will we ever truly know or understand Who you are… your heights, depths, breadth?
Will we ever be able to take it all in and still stand in complete awe of who you are?
Will we ever be able to know all the things you saved us from and see the roads you had charted for us?
Will we ever comprehend the magnificence of your love and the sacrifice you made for us?
Help me to take these thoughts with me into every single day of my life.
Let these thoughts be a part of the foundation that you are in my life.
May these reminders always shout aloud to me… calling me to trust.
I love you Lord.
Amen
Hope you enjoy the journey!

I agree. I’m learning more and more each day, that the small technicalities of organized religion don’t matter when we are aligned to God and Christ as our Savior. Have a blessed day, my friend.
